LeBron Raymone James Sr. (born December 30 1984) was an American professional basketball player for the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). The player is referred to as King James and is considered as one of the most successful basketball players in history. James is the winner of 4 NBA champions. He has four NBA MVPs. Four NBA Finals MVPs. Three All-Star MVPs. Two Olympic gold medals. James has scored the second greatest number of goals in his career and seventh-highest assists. He has been selected for the NBA All Star team 18 times. The NBA All-Star has made the All-NBA Team 18 times, a record. He was also selected for make the NBA All-Defensive First Team 5 times. In total, he participated in the 10 NBA Finals, the third-most in history. It was eight in a row from 2011 to 2018. James has been chosen for the NBA 75th Anniversary Team and became the NBA's very first player to have attained 10,000 points or more in rebounds, assists, and points throughout his career. He will be the first to do so in 2022. James played basketball for St. Vincent St. Mary High School, which is located near his home in Akron Ohio. His future NBA career was hyped by the media. He was a top pick for the Cleveland Cavaliers selected him with the number one pick of the NBA draft in 2003. In 2004, he was named NBA Rookie.
