Harry Edward Styles (also known as Harry Styles in the music world) is a British music producer and vocalist. Harry Styles was one of the founding members of One Direction. He was born in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire, England on the 1st of February 1994. He's the father of Des Styles and Anne Cox. Harry Styles, a former student of the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School formed a group called White Eskimo together with three of his fellow students. The band won in 2009's Battle of Bands thanks to the impressive presentation they made. He always had an interest in music but also wanted to work as an attorney, physiotherapist or even scout. Working part-time in a local bakery was his first occupation to earn money for the family. Harry Styles performed Is not She Lovely (Stevie Wonder) at the 2010 auditions in The X Factor. Because of this, his group had to be split. Nicole Scherzinger, the jury member of The X Factor suggested Harry Styles join a band called One Direction with Liam Payne Zayn Mlik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne. The creation of the group was a fact in 2010. The five young people were sponsored by Simon Cowell. The group performed Kelly Clarkson's My Life Would Be Sucky Without You and Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart during the contest, which helped them become one of the frontrunners to win the competition. But they came in third, a place behind Rebecca Ferguson. Harry Styles did not receive any cash prize. However, Cowell offered a 2-million-pound deal to One Direction in order for the group to be a part of Syco Records.
